Points need to be considered at the time of joining new company....

Following are the points need to be considered at the time of joining new company:
  • Do we need to sign any bond at the time of completing joining formalities?
  • Does company ask us to sign any training or overseas assignment bond?
  • What are the different documents needs to be produced at the time of completing joining formalities?
  • Does company keep Original mark sheets or passport in company custody? (Rolta does this)
  • What is my career growth path designation wise after 2 years? Current designation? What is the next designation after promotion?
  • Last two year average salary hike?
  • If traveling abroad – overseas allowances and policies for my level?
  • What type of Training is available to the employees?
  • Number of leaves in a year? PL, SL and CL
  • Notice period?
  • Contract duration?
  • Is it a shift job? If yes is it rotational or fixed? If yes region to be supported?
  • How I am going to get the bond amount paid in last company (if applicable).
